Men’s Soccer Debuts Season With Win Over Pierce

Bellevue College men’s soccer debuted the 2022 season with a 2-0 win over visiting Pierce. Sophomore Sebastian Bednik got the Bulldogs off to a hot start by scoring within the first two minutes of the match. From there the defense would dominate for Bellevue as keeper Nicola Luongo recorded the shutout as the Raiders could only get one shot off on goal.

Head Coach Eduardo Millan rotated in 16 players to get the 2022 team experience out of the gate. Parfait Ngandu got two shots on goal in addition to Bednik and scored for the ‘dogs at the 33:10 mark in the first half on an assist by Ernesto Arevalo.

Bellevue will have an exhibition game this Saturday August 20 at 11:00 a.m. hosting Northwest University.
