According to City of Bellevue records, Starbucks is planning to open a new storefront in Downtown Bellevue. The address is 1001 106th Avenue Northeast. This is located across the street from Washington Square, and kitty-corner to Yuan Spa.
The coffee shop will be situated on the first level of the new office tower, Binary Towers. There are currently at least 10 Starbucks open in the downtown area, including those that are located inside grocery stores.
The application for Starbucks reads that the first time tenant build-out will occur in the existing multi-story building. There will be new interior walls, electric and plumbing, as well as a new restroom, workroom, ceiling, and furniture. The remodeled square footage is planned to be 995.
The Seattle office of Dallas-based Trammell Crow CO. confirmed their project, Binary Towers, in 2019. The building is 15-stories and about 715,000 square feet. Crow Paid $4 million for the development site. Amazon will be leasing the office space.
Amazon has signed multiple leases in Bellevue, including The Artise, 555 Tower and West Main, two towers at the old Cadillac dealership, and Tower 333, which was the old Expedia building.
