Women’s Golf Claim Second Straight Title In Comeback Win

Bellevue College women’s golf battled back from a six-stroke deficit to win the Centralia College League Match today by one stroke over Spokane. The two-day tourney was held on the par 71 Riverside GC in Chehalis. The win was the second straight in two weeks for BC after claiming their own tourney. Sarah Lawrence took home medalist honors again with rounds of 76-77. Tori Berger finished third overall and shot 79 on day two to help the ‘dogs close the gap. Tia Wolcott shot 78-82 to close out BC’s scoring.

Bellevue will travel to Bandon, OR for the SW Oregon Invitational at Bandon Crossings GC on May 8-9.
